This smoker has 2 levels of cooking space using 2 - 16
inch cooking grates. It is large enough for a full size Brisket. The smoker also has an adjustable
temperature control at the bottom and a easy to read temperature gauge on the top. The smoker has NO flame, so it
is perfect for apartments and other NO-FLAME areas.

Notice: Galvanized metal heated above 900 degrees Fahrenheit can
produce hazardous Zinc gases. Although the WhiteTrashCan smoker is fully functional, it is sold as a novelty.
Smoking temperatures should never exceed 250 degrees Fahrenheit. Use the WhiteTrashCan Smoker at your own
